TABC has compiled a list of businesses that hold a permit to legally sell and ship wine statewide to adult residents of Texas via a TABC permitted carrier. A U.S. winery outside of Texas that holds a Direct Shippers (DS) Permit is specifically authorized under Texas state law to ship the wine they produce directly to consumers in Texas.

The Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) issues many different alcoholic beverages related licenses to qualified applicants depending on the nature of the business or organization. TABC jurisdiction covers alcoholic beverages with eight percent (8%) or greater alcohol by weight or ten and one-tenth percent (10.1%) alcohol by volume.
